My real estate agent was polite and seemed like a good person, but her lack of responsiveness cost us a free house viewings and made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would ask a question and it took several hours (and sometimes intervention by my loan officer) to get an answer.

Dean is a very nice gentleman, always helpful, willing to get information. We enjoyed working with him. There were a few times that we had to follow up with him on things we felt should have just been accomplished. Understand though that our agent for the house we sold was over the top and did everything. Dean is a great guy and would recommend him to others!

Renee was a champ at showing us the newest houses on the block 2 seconds into when they hit the market. Always showed us homes in our interest in budget without pressuring us to go for more than what we need. 11/10 would recommend
