I really appreciate Trenace and how she was helping us. I think a lot of what was confusing for us in the beginning was how it with buying a home in day in age. She is great in moving things along for us. I even recommended to my Mom to use her in selling her house.

The process was fast which is appreciated however, the agent that I wad provided did not make me feel comfortable in purchasing my first home. I put my trust in them however it's my first week in the home and I haven't had working AC. There have also been multiple other fixes that should have been preformed but weren't able to be seen unless staying in the home. Now that the in is dry I feel stuck in a decision that could have been avoided with a little more experienced agent or more research on the property. It feels that since my family was eager to move in, alot of things were ignored and processed were rushed due to having a bunch of yeses.
