Andy was awesome to work with! He is very on top of everything and given the almost impossible timeframe I gave him, he worked through it all and closed on time. Just fantastic. Did not tell us about a bedroom in the house smelling like rodents and urine when he showed the house to us during virtual walkthrough. This was not on the home inspection either.
Realtor knew we were PCS ‘ing to Ft. Liberty and needed a ready to move in home. The house needed to be sanitized and we should have been made aware of the rodents that were being kept in the home.Realtor asked for a copy of the new appraisal to “close” our account after the house was purchased.I do not recommend the realtor to any Military service members or Veterans who are trying to purchase in the area of Fayetteville NC.
