I would not recommend Amy Elam. I seemed to have to do more work than she ever did for our house. She often would tell me something without actually knowing that it was true and she told me multiple times that things were taken care of when they weren’t. I did not trust her.

Joel Campbell gave me timely information on market conditions and uplifted my spirits many times! For the first few offers, it appeared that the sellers did not want to deal with the VA because of the "many hoops" they had to go through. The sellers wanted as much cash and conventional loans and therefore the VA options (for me) was a trying experience initially.
