He was very pushy and didn't explain the contract to us. He sent it via email and just said to txt him if we had any questions. All the homes we looked at were ones that my wife and I found online, he never sent us any listings.

Shannon was a better agent for closing than selling. She did not provide any listings or recommend any properties. However, her work "behind the scenes" enabled us to overcome a number of barriers and move forward woth the sale and purchase of properties.

I feel like I did most (if not all) of the legwork in securing my 1st home purchase. I made the recommendations to have the seller pay for the maximum closing costs possible, found the home on my own, and the agent spent more time talking about his past successes rather than focus on the transaction at hand. The agent did nothing to assist in ensuring final walk through punch list actions were finished (I’ve moved into a home where I’m taking care of the majority of things I “thought” were contractually obligated to be completed. Further, my agent didn’t even congratulate me or check-in with me after the deal was closed.This was an opportunity for him to make 13k for little to no effort.
