Tracy was so good. She was on top of everything we needed. She kept me in the loop on the minor things and the major things. She was the reason the roof got replaced at no cost to me as well so that was a fantastic thing. I would recommend her to anyone.

If I could give Cristin a higher score I would! She was awesome! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect ranch home, close to our daughter. She helped us connect with our contractor and actually came to our meeting. Finally, she came to help us unlock the door after closing when we couldn't get the key to work. Maricris Flores was also patient and very helpful. Although she made us work on searching online for properties by ourselves (in a good way), it helped us understand what we are really looking for a home. Our real estate agent didn't listen to what we were looking for in a home; kept insisting we buy a 4 bedroom home, although we made it clear our only interest was a 3 bedroom home. We found the home we wanted ourselves.He never bothered to explain what he wanted me to sign, but insisted I sign documentation, then I'd get a copy to read. I found out he was, on numerous occasions, less than honest; especially about the difference between a construction deposit and earnest money.I never, at any time, felt or believed he was representing our best interest. If he was, itvwas never communicated to us. His Only Concern was the paycheck.We are thankful we never have to be bothered with him again.

Chris Kew was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond so many times and was always available when we needed him. We had a really difficult situation since my husband was deployed in Japan and I was living in Idaho at the time we were house hunting, and this is also our first house, so things were intense, but Chris eased our worries and made it the best possible experience. He did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
