He was great until we got under contract then he became incredibly hard to get ahold of. One point there were 7 texts spanning across 8 days with no response and a couple calls with no call back or text back. He made finding homes incredibly easy but felt like I was left on my own after we found the house I liked and the offer got accepted

James Etheridge is a good guy and helped me to find a good house for the money. He advised me as I did not see the problems in the future with some of the homes and advised me against some of the homes with bad roofing and really poor settling.

My agent, Miriam, was outstanding! She worked with all the requests I had for properties to show me the ones that fit best. She really went out of her way to work around my busy schedule. I really liked her honest opinion on properties we would see and she would help point out potential issues I wouldn't see. Miriam is very educated about the VA loan and the requirements needed. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the neighborhoods which made me feel comfortable knowing that I would be in the best area. Jed was BEYOND amazing. I felt so bad from all the video home tours I had him do but he made himself available for them, for all my questions and went out of his way to call me even on his vacation. Big advocate for me and my loan, anything that seemed blurry he gave me clarity, was up front and honest about every property he toured.
