She was always available. She was willing to show me houses any day of the week and time of day. She answered all of my questions and I had a ton as a first time home buyer. She understood my frustrations and was able to emphasize with me having been a first time home buyer at one time herself.

Debby Brown did find the house we went with. However during the process we felt she did not give us the attention we had earned in order to sale and purchase our homes. We know she did things behind the scenes, but did not communicate it with us. She needs to be more transparent with clients and be more enthusiastic about her job.
