Since I don't know if this is confidential or not... I'll say it anyway. Once speaking with the agent assigned we were immediately written off because we were no looking for a home of a type and expense that meant enough to her. She even said as much when we started looking. Furthermore, I initially stated that we were looking in 3 key areas and I was assigned based on one of them. Once I informed the agent that we were having issues finding what was right for me and that an area 1 hour south of hers was where I was looking she shoukd have said it was a problem to work together then hand me off to a more appropriate agent. Ultimately I found the home myself and was shown only a bunch of slum houses or homes in areas that clearly were not as discussed.

Amy Squires is the one of the finest individuals I have ever met. She is kind, genuine, generous, and compassionate, to list but a few of her many qualities. Amy's guidance throughout my homebuying journey (and it was a journey) was more than fundamental. She molded my journey with her advice, professionalism, and expertise. Our agent was awesome he answered all of our questions and pointed things out in the different houses they need fixed or what’s new. He also pointed things out that needed fixed but not fixed right away.

Jaron was extremely patient with us throughout the search for a home. He never pushed or pressured us into finding any certain home. "The only home I want you to buy is the ho.e that you want" was his mantra. He told us what the next step would be along the way so there were never any surprises.
