Sandra was extremely personable and warm, very welcoming for the area with her extensive knowledge and experience for what to expect and things to look out for locally. She worked very hard to stand up for what was best for me in all cases, from choosing which houses were worth looking further into, to home inspection repairs, to closing requirements from the seller, making sure that my best interests were always put first in every decision I made. Her constant advice was a crucial part of feeling secure in every step of the process, taking all of my concerns and needs into consideration first and foremost.

Chelsea Wood is amazing! Very devoted and professional. This is my first house purchase and Chelsea was a dream to work with. Amanda was a wonderful agent. Though I did have a couple of issues with property suggestions; as she kept showing, suggesting properties that were out of my budget. I feel this was mostly due to some confusion as I was approved for quite a bit more than what I could actually afford. I also ran into an issue (because of where I live) that she is limited by the real estate laws in my state as to areas that she can access properties. The realtors here will not overlap areas and listings. The greatest issue which I ran into is that I am "poor" and work for a living. People with cash and time on their hands would come in and buy up properties before I could even get the chance or time to even look at them.
