Jackie was absolutely terrific! Throughout the homebuying process, Jackie was our biggest advocate on the ground. Her initial screening and questions made us feel more comfortable in the process and less overwhelmed. At every step of the way, especially as it relates to the inspection process, Jackie advocated for us and was quick to go to bat. On top of all of that, she was remarkably amicable, and we are now happy to call her and her husband David friends.

Lisa was also very helpful with all our demands and even went by the house herself when the sellers didn't have everything we needed before closing.

she was there for us every step of the way and seeking answers to questions we had not yet considered but would soon have had. She was outstanding

Cheryl was fantastic and it was helpful that Veterans United had easy access to local realtors as part of the services they offer.

Poor communication on several occasions. Even miscommunication again more than once. Some information was not communicated (correctly). For example, I was under the impression that a second inspection would be done to verify the work from the previous inspection was completed. On the final walk through one day prior to closing, she advised me that a follow up inspection was the buyers responsibility and on my dime. If I had known this I would have absolutely arranged for this inspection to happen. She dropped the ball, big time. I have no idea if everything was done; roof issues among them. She knew very little about the property. Other concerns could be listed. If you would like to discuss further no problem. She complained that she couldn’t reach me for days on end-not true except for a few days after eye surgery.

Couldn’t ask for better. She gave us information about every home and neighborhood that fit within our search criteria. She was very honest and gave the best customer service I could ask for.

I feel like Heather is a part of our family now. She had a genuine interest in getting us our perfect home and I know there's not a thing she wouldn't do to help or help protect us through this difficult process. She answered the phone any time of day/night and she worked some long shifts to meet the timeline we had.

We loved our real estate agent she was a true blessing to be working with. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. And we enjoyed working with her so much. We would highly recommend her to my family and friends seeking to buy a house.
