Jaratt was hard to work with. When I had questions he would never give me a straight answer, any kind of an answer. He would tell me to just sign the paperwork and not ask questions. Mary was really good and I like working with her. Jarrett wouldn't fill her in on everything either.

I specifically asked the agent to verify that the HOA monthly fees included cable. He sent me a document stating cable tv was included. After closing I went to Xfinity and they said they do not have a contract with the HOA. I contacted the HOA and they said cable is not included. This is an expense of $66.53 per month for basic cable which was misrepresented to me by your recommended agent. When I contacted him he is blowing me off. I thought he was suppose to look out for my interest. It looks like he is only interested in his commission.

Sheilah was an outstanding real estate agent, she went above and beyond anything that would be expected from an agent, she was incredibly knowledgeable, very quick to respond, listened well to what we were looking for and helped us secure our forever home.
