Not much communication, little effort on their part. Wasn’t even there to give us the keys on closing day so I had to go around and figure out which key was which. She didn’t even find this home or any other home I looked at, I found them. Never asked what I was looking for in a home. Would not recommend, would recommend Veterans United no longer recommending her.

Chris Goff was a great guy and had an understanding of what I wanted and had me at the house I bought within hours of it on the market. He really helped out taking care of paperwork and was at inspections if I couldn't be there. He assisted with any concern I had and still offered to help after the sale was complete.

Lashun had a heavy tasking from us. With us being in another state, Lashun wasn't just showing us houses. He had to be all of our senses for us. Any noises, smells, pointing the camera at things he would be concerned with. He quickly earned our trust. We purchased this home and didnt even visit the town it was in until after signing. That was 100% because of the mutual faith we earned with eachother.
