I cannot recommend Louvina Ford and Shawn Gerald enough. They felt like family to us by the end of our process. They were super responsive, flexible, and genuinely wanted to help us find the best home. We never felt like just another client with them. Jen and Deb really had to work extra hard on my sale to get the deal done. There were multiple hurdles that at times felt more like roadblocks. The Seller had a tragic death in her family that really made it difficult for her to make decisions and correspond in a timely manner. But they're diligence and professionalism saved the day in the end. I'm very thankful for their efforts.
