I would not recommend her for veterans. She is not very knowledgeable about how things are different for veterans like exemptions. I spent a lot of time trying to explain the process to her. She was fine in the beginning but then seemed distracted and like she didn't want to help us with the process. She did have a family emergency but some things were time sensitive and didn't get done in a timely manner.

Lisa was a dream to work with. From the start when i was undecided where i wanted to live in florida. Lisa stood by me every step of the way helping me narrow the search for the perfect house. Even during the pandemic and the house hunting went on hold she would send me updates on new homes and also even check up on me and my family just to make sure we were safe and healthy. Lisa is by far the best realtor I had the pleasure of working with. When i comes time to find another house for myself down the road or any family member needing a new home I will highly recommend they use Lisa and her company.

Diana is awesome! She is very human and cares about us getting the best deal possible. She is an experienced real estate agent, knows the neighborhoods really good and provided excellent advice and honest feedback on the houses that we checked. She fully understands VA loans and made closing on our house really easy regardless of COVID-19 challenges. I am very happy with her customer service and I highly recommend her. Thank you Diana!
