Easy going, helpful, was flexible when we needed her to be when the first house we came to look at in our new town was a no-go. We would prefer not to have quite so much text communication, especially when a quick phone call would be more efficient and clear. Knowing about the cashier's check more ahead of time than the day before closing would have been nice. I appreciated her being present for the closing. Overall, very good experience with Alison.

Melissa is pure gold, she's is a guardian angel to every veteran she works with. She was absolutely incredible at getting us into the best home we've ever had. I still can't walk into a house without grabbing the underside of counter tops and looking for H cracks. Certain ticks remind you of great times and I've proudly got those from working with her
