My real estate agent is absolutely incredible. He was always on top of it and keep me informed at all times. I was not able to physical do any of the walkthroughs but he made it work. Made it feel like I was actually there.

Our realtor was quick to respond and diligent in assisting with seeing houses we were interested in. However, for a service member going through the buying process overseas, the effort by our realtor in communicating with us and providing us information and updates was severely lacking. Consistently we needed to reach out and ask for the status of our requests rather than getting updates in a reasonable amount of time.
