It is hard to assign a numerical value as we are still working with the agent on selling our condo that is why I did not rate a ten. If we are only talking about the Veteran's loan process I would rate a ten. Numerical value will probably change when we finish the sale of our condo. Realtor definitely provided good sound advice and is a pleasure to work with. He has an excellent understanding of the market and we trust his advice/guidance.

Lisa Reynolds was an amazing agent. She was very familiar with the VA loan process and Veteran's United. Her keen eye allows her to find the nuggets of positive in any property but does not let buyers fall to whims. She pairs you with a property that is right for you and is hard charging through the process. I would recommend your company make her your number one realtor of choice for VA recommended realtors in this area. She is as dedicated as Mark and makes you feel like you are her only client. He seemed only interested in making a sale. Our first phone call he seemed irritated that I didn't already have a list of homes I wanted to look at. He sent me a list of 6 homes and then when I tried to look at them he said oh that's a waste of time they wouldn't pass for VA. He was extremely unprofessional on the phone. As a first time home buyer my realtor was the biggest obstacle for the whole endeavor.

We couldn’t ask for a better agent. Dylan went above and beyond to help us get our home. He was always ahead of the game and worked constantly for us. He was great with corresponding with us and the other agent to get everything we wanted. He never asked us to settle for something we didn’t want and that’s so important! He made sure we were taken care of. We felt like he was always on our side. He has a great personality and he is amazing at what he does. We will always refer to him!

Ashley was available all hours of the day to answer my questions and made me feel like her top priority. She was very involved during the whole process, from house hunting, to talking me through my paperwork, to negotiations with the seller. She reassured me when I was trying to decide on taking or leaving counter offers, and was a true professional every step of the way. Our real estate agent was Holley McKay of Keller Williams. She was easy to reach, and so helpful, even getting a home inspector and a pool inspector, and the name of an electrician. She was very responsive. When we got the keys from her on the last day, she also gave us a nice card, a bottle of champagne and an adorable “welcome” sign to place by our new front door. Our last minute glitch had Holley working her magic and making it right in time to save the day.
