Lisa was efficient with all paperwork and was quick to update the offers and information needed to get the deal done! However, after our initial conversation, it was sometimes challenging to reach Lisa by phone; a text was often encouraged, which was okay for specific scenarios. Still, sometimes it was challenging to decipher information through texting.Furthermore, when it came time to get to know my style, want, and needs in a home, I sometimes felt she was encouraging me in the direction of a home on the more expensive side or a home that matched trending styles versus my own wants/needs.Due to Lisa's schedule, she was unable to attend any of the home inspections (3), which also created a few gaps on how to proceed in weighing the pros and cons of each property. But she was always efficient when it came to listening to my sometimes indecisiveness and review of inspections and processing cancellations or changes as needed.With all that being said, we all worked together to get it done once I found the one. I can see, based on Lisa's schedule, she is quite busy, and I am grateful for her patience as I worked through my options, and in the end, I got into my beautiful home. Overall, I think Lisa is a well informed and kind realtor. The gaps in communication with Lisa were filled by some help from the seller's side, and the fantastic veterans united loan team, especially Steve and Sarah Hopper!

Dustin was the best real estate agent we could have asked for. He showed us only houses we were interested in and when it came time for negotiations he did not roll over and made sure we were taken care of. We truly got exactly what we were looking for in a home, living in Washington the real estate market is very high and competitive. Dustin made sure all the boxes were checked.

Twila and Dawne were available through every step of the process. I had placed an offer within only a few days. Much like my lending team, they had lists of homes and tours set before other realtors got around to calling me. They made each step as painless as possible and provided knowledge and insight all along the way!

Mike Percy is awesome! We explained what we wanted in a home and he found us the perfect one. Even with COVID-19 active, he took the extra measures to provide a walk thru of the home and honestly shared the condition of the home we chose. Could not ask for more from an agent.
