A great agent, but didn't 'lead' me. I was looking for recommendations and guidance for different neighborhoods, properties, etc. and essentially I tended to do a lot of the leg work, finding listings online and sending him them... then we would go look at the houses. He wasn't knowledgeable on the properties beforehand, so when I would ask questions like, "how much sq ft is this again? What are the HOAs?" he would say, "oh I forgot I have to look"... not the best but I was flexible. He stayed motivated and helped me with the administrative processes that an agent should help with. All in all he was a decent real estate agent, but not sure I would use him again.
