Melinda has set the standard for what a real estate agent brings to the table during the homebuying process. She actively listened to what we wanted our dream home to look like and presented an upgraded version of what was available to us. She provided awesome advice and held our hands throughout this ENTIRE process. She shared her ensight based off of her personal experiences, as a homebuyer, which guided us smoothly in the right direction as first time homebuyers. She made sure that we were satisfied as well as happy. She was always available by keeping in constant contact. Melinda, is definitely a Godsend! She showed up and showed out. This was definitely not her "first rodeo" for sure!

Joell was AWESOME. She didn't sugar coat anything, and she always gave you realistic solutions, advice and most importantly numbers.
