Aileen was great but she was a little scatter brained. I would call and she wouldn’t know it was me after working with her for a month. Seemed she never saved my phone number. But she was on time if not early with everything.

Andrew was great and very professional during the entire home purchase process. He was always very responsive and always answered any questions that we had. Andrew asked what we were looking for and made recommendations on what we wanted, which resulted in finding our dream lake home. He did an excellent, professional, and experience job. While my family and I were having a crisis with my Father, he was very helpful helping me find a house. He kept in touch and made sure everything was going through and if there was an issue. He did everything he could to be sure it was resolved. During his family crisis with his mother he was still there helping me through my home buying issues. He was the greatest agent I have ever seen and had a pleasure to work with.

Jamel Williams at Strothers property management is the man!! He showed me houses and was patient with me learning on the go. I can fully trust that his worth ethic and expertise. Jamel will undoubtably make sure you are taken care of. I got a great deal on a completely renovated house and he oversaw the process daily.

Both Mrs./Ms. Prewitt and Ford were extremely helpful. They mad the purchase of the home easy and worked around our schedule and me being overseas. Me and my family greatly appreciate their hard work and dedication to getting us our home. They were phenomenal.

Same as explained in other comments Mr. Matt was just like Mr. Carl, where he kept us in loop made sure we understood what was going on. Got lucky and got the 2 best agents in the company.

Wish she could have walked us through the experience more, I often felt like she was busy elsewhere. I will say that towards the end of this home buying experiance, she really did come through with helping us with our home warranty.
