Wasn't present when the final walk through was scheduled and wasn't present during the initial walkthrough. Was very difficult to communicate with reliably.

Marti is a great realtor, she made it clear that at any day or time I can reach out with questions or concerns about a property. She helped find the perfect home for my wife and myself. There was a house I was wanting but Marti talked to the other realtor and found out there was a major water issue in the complex and help me make a choice to look for a better home.
