Erin Sumler was a good agent but she was not very motivated to help us find our forever home. My wife found our home herself. Due to Erin 's work schedule, she suggested her partner Melissa Barker who assisted us making the offer on our home. Melissa went above and beyond in giving us helpful suggestions in getting our offer accepted.I never knew that purchasing a home requires so much leg work when you have a realtor. Base on our experience with Erin, we cannot recommend her at this time.

John is awesome! He was crucial to getting us into the home we’ve always wanted. We had to put a lot of trust in John to find our home as we went through the entire process remotely and he did an amazing job. Gary and Michelle were absolutely incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable about both the loan, as well as what to expect regarding working with the sellers. They were very flexible when working with house showings, as well as answering questions.
