WOW, ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! That's military jargon and that's Mrs Lewis. Talk about being there... I recall her being on the phone with me after working hours just to make sure I understood. My agent was very knowledgeable and a wealth or resources. Poor thing, I drove her all over west Tennessee and she just qwnt for the ride. She was always there when I needed anything and when it came to standing up for me she was right there for me. This was such a naturally stressful process and when I started losing wind she kept me focused and eye on the prize.
