Early on in the home search, Jeremiah Smith was not engaged in finding a place for me. I did my own legwork and scheduled viewings. For the few months leading up to the purchase, there was a change in attitude. He became hyper interested in getting a sale, even pushing me to purchase a sub-optimal condo. He would constantly repeat himself in conversations. It was difficult to have discussions with him because he dominated conversations. I felt like my needs were not addressed. There was one conversation that occurred that he forgot about by the next week, which seemed important because it dealt with re-verification of the condo on the VA list. I found him responsive, but the information less than accurate. That includes the final transaction with him. He promised to send me links to coupons and discount to contractors and home improvement resources to help with the move in. the attachment he sent was the condo documents. When I asked him about it, he said he would work on it and send it again. I asked for a second time. He said that he was firming up the links. I would not recommend Jeremiah Smith as a realtor. I felt like I did most of the work myself.
