I can say Lisa did her job probably to the best of her ability, but it was not the experience that I was expecting from my agent. I was rushed throughout my entire process given little to no information about the choices of which house to choose from. Majority of the time it seems that I was bothering her. At times when we were on the same page she comes off as a pleasant person. There have been unpleasant, unprofessional remarks that were made about me not going around the house (that was vacant) that I'm about purchase during a rainy day by KRS agent to Lisa, because I was trying to see what I may need to focus on outside the house. I could go on and on but I'm definitely open to be contacted if there's more information needed.

On multiple occasions I had to call my realtor and ask if he had something or if he had sent something in. Anytime I was to get something in, I was the one working and calling him to get it turned in. I wouldn’t recommend recommending him to others in my area.

Our real estate agent had very little communication with us. The only time we communicated was when I reached out. She seemed annoyed anytime we had a question. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself. Overall, not very happy with her services.

Irv was great in all aspects of the loan. He was a friend. on our first phone call, he guided me thru the loan. like A very professional realtor should made it known that I was in charge from the very start to the end.Any thing I needed he was on it I would call he was waiting for the call and already new the answer to my problem. He made it clear he was there for the veteran. all the way till he gave me the key which was m y special moment. I can not thank Veterans United. enough but Irv was the key to. my keys for sure I can't make the cowboys win the super bowl because Bucs are going to but Irv will always be my friend and Realtor if needed and any one that needs I will recommend. thank you so much.
