The sellers left quite bit of their trash behind and food in the freezer. It could have be noted sin the contract that we did not sign on to clean for them.

We are coming back from Australia so between time zones and distance, buying a home sight unseen is a bit nerve wracking. Leslie was amazing. Sending leads, phone calls and text messages. She sent us a lead on the home we purchased and was able to get us in to see it quickly. She has an eye for detail and is very patient. It was pleasure working with her. She was outstanding with the offer and counter-offers. She had great ideas and it was obvious she was experienced. Thank you Veterans United for a great referral. When the time comes I will be using Leslie to sell my mom’s house.

Tyree Fry was a "superstar" throughout the whole process!! Especially because, as a first-time buyer, we didn’t know what were the right questions we should be asking. He would proactively provide us with any information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with the perfect person. As mentioned above, as a first-time home buyer, we were not sure what to expect, what’s good or bad, and Ty was always so candid and provided his needed/wanted own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to our decision-making based on what he had learned about us. We truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, in my humble opinion, it is crucial to keep those around that do. He was truly focused on making sure we were satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, reiterating as a first-time home buyer, this process had some stressful times because we were operating on a short time line. Ty was immensely patient with our questions and was always available to provide us with the information that we wanted/needed. We just felt like we were in "Great" hands. We can go on and on talking about the awesome service Ty provided, we were just happy we had someone who went above and beyond ( we are sure he does this with all of clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout.
