The Real estate agent is second to none: communication, transparency, and a great person to have on your side to battle for you. I would have to say my agent went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best for my money. Not only did the agent offer great advice, the agent was also very knowledgeable about what I shouldn't do. I am pleased Tonga Turner was on my team.

She could have done better overall. Not well versed with conducting virtual tours. Needs work on communicating and guiding home buyers by being proactive instead of reactive.

Paula Heard has been the kindest, honest, and one of the most down to earth people I’ve met in a good while. She educated me so much and sort of mentored me throughout the process, all while looking out for our best interests. She was so very professional and made us a part of her real estate family! She was extremely respectful and straight forward when asked specific questions. She always made sure to remind us that she wanted to make sure we loved the home we are getting into and invested so much time in us to achieve our dreams and success. I applaud her flexibility and work ethic! Definitely will want her as my agent/mentor in the future and will highly recommend her to those buying/selling homes in the DMV area.
