I was rushed and pushed through the whole process and being a new home buyer I was blinded and never coached on what anything meant. Being told many times to just sign or you wont close but yet no guidance why the rush and not a reason why but a quick paycheck. I never agreed to a 30 day extension after close and was very adamant about it. I overpaid for the house and the negotiations was made in the favor or the realtor not the buyer or seller. I will never use or recommend this company service to any of my service brothers period. ALL ABOUT THE PAYOUT.

I would have rather used my own. He was nice, but not very communicative as we would have liked. Even during the showing of the house, he said that he would make about "$6,000" on the house, and to him that was nothing. I would have much rather used another realtor, but because we signed with him before he could show us the house, I didn't have another option. During the closing, he tried speaking over and correcting our closing agent, which was extremely rude. I would not recommend him.

He was clearly new and and didn't know what he was doing. A great guy but I would not recommend him as an agent.

I browsed listings I was interested in, and narrowed down the ones I wanted to see in person. I notified Malinda and she made the appointments. We met and toured the various properties. Malinda advised on "best input" for a successful contract (some sellers were just not willing to work with buyers).

Jennifer is the best. She listens to you. She doesn't show house's hoping for a sale. She gets to know you and your family. She learns your wants and needs. She was always helpful and completely explained everything and made it so easy.
