If the real estate agent have anything to do with the closing he needs more training or experience if he did not . then ignore this ! It is a ten.

Dan was great to work with when looking for homes to purchase. I was usually able to see a property the same day. When I found my home we walked out from looking at it and I said write it up. I told him the terms I wanted and everything went smoothly.

Coming from a first time home buy and veteran I would not recommend Shelley Croal. She refused to show me houses that I was interested in because she said they would not go VA and when I asked why she just said “because they won’t”. When I found the house I wanted and Shelley agreed to show it too me she was negative about my offer not being generous enough and stated that I most likely won’t get the house. Once under contract with the house I purchased she would mention things that need to be done but would ask me “what’s on your purchase agreement again?”. Shelley was also very unclear about who was paying closing costs and would make verbal offers to seller that where not specifically what I had asked for. When it came time to close on the house Shelley was late for final walk through. During final walk through the house was not left very clean and when I mentioned it she told me to lower my expectations. All in all, Shelley never seemed to work for me, she worked for herself in my opinion. The bulldog realtor mentality that she seemed to have came off very disrespectful to me and as a first time homebuyer she did a very poor job at communicating/explaining.

Loved Irene. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance in finding the perfect home.

Our selling agent in South Dakota Kylie McMullin was not very helpful. She was referred to us by Veterans United. She did not explain things well and several times we caught hiccups on her part. She scheduled the closing on a weekend which had to be changed, her handyman did work we did not approve of but then had to pay for, and she rushed us into picking a buyer giving us only an hour to decide while we still had potential buyers scheduled to view our home. The first realtor for buying our new house in Delaware was very poor as well. Her name was Sandy and she was recommended through Veterans United. We would call or text her and had to wait around for a response. She was slow in setting up viewings for homes. She finally explained to us that she had family matters taking over, at that point we decided to drop her and go with another realtor. Honestly, she should have been honest with us in the beginning. Buying a house in the current fast paced market requires a realtor that can stay on top of things, and Sandy was not that. Our final realtor for buying our new house in Delaware was Shanika Clark and she was great. Unfortunately, we wasted so much time with our previous realtor that we didn’t get to spend much time with Shanika. She scheduled us showings right away, was very thorough and honest with us when it came to explaining home buying tips and negotiation tactics. Then the day of closing she turned out to be a life saver, we were driving from out of state and she caught a mistake in one of the documents from the attorney. We were running late and she took care of everything so there would be less stress on us. At the attorney’s office she even held my youngest child to keep him calm while I had to sign closing papers! She was amazing!

Mo was attentive to my needs and desires and helped me quickly find the right home at the right price. She filled in the gaps and made sure that everything went smoothly. She took the lead and I followed, and it was great!

From day one, I knew I was in great hands with Jessie; she kept me informed at every step of the process, and I felt confident that she was advocating for my best interest.
