Michelle was great! I am a first time home buyer so I was very nervous & a bit overwhelmed. She walked me through every step of the process & pushed through a tough market with me. My real estate agent was superb. I had constant communication with her and she was on top of setting up home viewings. She took the time to sit down and look at listings with me. I never once felt rushed or pressured.

I went with Kaizen as the preferred/recommended firm of VU and it is the biggest mistake I've ever made. They are the sleaziest, most dishonest and worst set of realtors I've ever encountered in my entire life. They made this process a nightmare. PLEASE never put another veteran through what I've gone through with them, I beg you. I need to provide additional details and would be happy to hear from VU to discuss the entire situation.

Our real estate agent Linda Butterfield was poor at communicating with us and our team at VU. She repeatedly brought politics into conversation with both us and sellers, and made us feel as though we were a burden and problem. I would not recommend VU using this real estate agent again.

Richard Mehl was the best agent I could ask for. He was readily available and flexible with my schedule to view houses. He was very knowledgeable in VA loans and made sure all inspections and necessary documents were completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend him to any Veteran looking to purchase a home.
