Ms. Serita Diana, just like the realtors that tried to help before were absolutely incredible. They were very transparent and helpful. I have no complaints at all, I am very grateful for all their help. And I cannot wait to finally meet Ms. Serita after all the expectations I had for a house. She never once made me feel nervous. No matter how many questions I made.

Poor communication and did not know all of the appropriate things needed for us to close on time. Ended up in a hotel for 10 days due to closing being moved back. Very frustrating as we felt we made more contacts and obtained needed information than the agent. Did not feel like a priority for this agent and we were moving from out of state. Will not be using this agent again.

Marjorie was a delight to work with. Not only did she cater to us by driving long distances and showing us everything we wanted, she stayed vigilant even when the light at the end of the tunnel seemed bleak.

Joe set the tone early about tempering expectations of finding a home quickly due to the market and being a great communicator. He was always available for showings including some short notice ones. Moving from Alaska to KS required some discretion due to the time differences but Joe was always available by phone/text…oftentimes working well into the night. Joe was able to do a virtual showing of our eventual home doing a full walk thru for us since we could not be there in person. Knowing our requirements (wheelchair accessibility) Joe had a nose for what we needed!
