He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the process, with all the various fees and the home inspection report and getting Veterans approval on the condominium complex. He even showed up to the closing, which the title agent said does not normally happen.

I originally had a different real estate agent. I contacted Johnathan because the agent and I were not working well together. He promptly found me a new agent which was Cindy Ottens. Cindy was great and very patient with me as I had a hard time finding a home I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and honest about everything. I appreciate her very much.
