Adam Gannon went the extra mile(s) during thr house-hunting—literally! He drove to at least 3 Open Houses I could not attend in person and walked through, recording with his phone as he went. It really helped me make decisions on which houses to put offers on even though I was out of state.

This was my first time actually buying a home but the 2nd time I've talked to, and dealt with, an agent. David was attentive and worked hard for us which I appreciate. He did feel a bit pushy (almost like a salesman) at times and I'm not sure how thorough he was when remote inspecting homes for us. Overall it was a good experience and I'm satisfied with his help. Hopefully we love the home we chose and have minimal issues lol.

JOHN RINGGOLD WENT ABOVE & BEYOND IN OUR SEARCH FOR A HOME. I JUST WISH HE WAS ASSIGNED TO US FIRST, INSTEAD OF THE OTHER REALTOR. JOHN TOOK VIDEOS OF HOMES WE WERE INTERESTED IN, AS WE WERE OUT OF STATE, WHICH HELPED OUR SEARCH CONSIDERABLY. JOHN ALWAYS HAD ANSWERS TO OUR QUESTIONS AND WHEN IT CAME TO THE CLOSING, HE AGAIN SAVED THE DAY! HE IS HIGHLY RECCOMENDED AND SHOULD GET AN A+ AS A REALTOR!

Redia Kimes was great in this process as well. She even gave me advice on what to expect from the other realtor who was selling my old house. Jenny Elliott from Mossyoak properties was their realtor, and she always had an excuse for pushing the closing date back. And she would normally blame their loan officer. Shawn helped with that as well. I’m glad I got the team of professionals that I had and would proudly share this experience with everyone I know.
