She went above and beyond. She frequently did research on issues we had with our home and got us on 3 way calls with professionals. She was always on top of her paperwork and helped us through every step of the way. A true professional.

Mr. Bourrell went out of his way, on multiple occasions, to get us in to view houses that popped up on zillow the day of a scheduled showing. He knew our needs and did his best to meet them at every turn.

We might as well not had a realtor. She went months without reaching out or contacting us. Then told us she informed us to “let her know if we need anything”. It is not the clients job to ensure we keep our realtor informed. We did everything on our own, handled all problems with the builder, sent up everything ourselves. If it wasn’t for Nick reaching out to her, I doubt we would’ve even heard from her. She didn’t even show up to closing to make sure we understood everything. She sent us a text message to apologize for her not doing her job because she was going through a potential divorce. Very unprofessional!!!!! Had we been able to, we wouldn’t have even used her. She made money literally doing pretty much nothing. We did more “realtor” work than she did.

I cannot say enough good things about Sheryl Adan-Castillo. She was a great help from the begining of the process to the closing for the house we bought. She has a great sense of humor and a very positive outlook. She went through many houses with us and along the way got to know us better and what we were looking for. She's just a wonderful person and now we consider her a friend! I know an agent is supposed to do all of those things that i mentioned, but Sheryl is extra special! She understands the military side of things and understands the in and outs of the VA loan process. I will recommend her to anybody who is looking for a knew home.
