The easiest & less stressful way to find/purchase a new home is having a Great Realtor and Cory fits that bill. Cory & his team made me feel like I was his only client. Chad was alright, we had some difficulty with him in looking at houses, he wanted to consolidate down to 4-5 total homes in the area. There was also some communication errors, that worked themselves out however still caused minor stress/confusion.
