At the beginning Jonathan’s partner Cameron communicated well. However during the process he did not reach out about how things were going when we failed the WDO the first time. I had to start reaching out asking if the repairs were finished in process etc. then he never told me when they finished and I had to reach back out and ask again and then tell him I only had a week before closing and that I needed the WDO re inspection. Then I had to reach out asking for the results of re inspection for the 4 or inspection. He didn’t tell me they missed something and that repairs would be made I didn’t know that til I requested. I also requested a new survey and thought it was in the contract and at the beginning I asked him on the phone “are they ok with paying for a new survey” and he said “yes” but that wasn’t the case. and so I just didn’t like that after he did the contract he kind of went quiet on me and I felt I had to start chasing.
I’m still giving a 10 so that the rest of the team doesn’t fail this survey
