Sandra and her assistant Francisca are really awesome. They had no problems working with us despite the time difference from America and Japan. They provided excellent virtual tours of any home we wanted to view and great recommendations when requested that eventually put us in the home we love. These two are really a awesome pair and have a great dynamic.

Deb Kelly and her husband Kevin were and are great from beginning to end. Deb held my hand through every process. The computer process confused me and Deb walked me through everything. When We knew we wanted to buy the first condo we saw, we thought we better look at some more, so they found us more to look at only for us to buy the first me that we saw. He did not seem to care about the needs of my family especially once we made an offer on a property. His attitude was do what ever would help us close. Advising us not to ask for things we wanted because it was not likely the seller would agree. I felt he should be asking for what we wanted even if he offered advice that it’d be unlikely that they’d agree don’t refuse to ask or talk us out of what we want.
