Allen Morris: Terrible communication. Late to every meeting, except when it came time to pick up his check. I had to force him to make appointments to look at homes, even though we were 2.5 hours away. Failed to follow up on requested paperwork and meetings. I basically had to do his job for him, and I'm pissed that he got paid anything.

Mike was great. He was available/responsive. He offered to help not only with buying our new house, but to help us sell our old house to our son with less of the red tape than it would normally have been. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. A great agent. We would use him again.
