The agent at times was unresponsive, never on time, not knowledgeable, seemed to not understand her role in the process and showed little concern for the time line we discussed in the beginning. Both the selling agent and the agent representing us would never be recommended by me or my wife. They really tested the limits of our patience.

Lauria I can’t even begin to say her honest and helpful she was from jump. She has an awesome heart and truthfully works for her clients.
