Eric Sabourin is the BEST. He was the best agent we’ve worked with. Eric took our discussions and found the Best neighborhoods and houses for us to look at. It wasn’t long into the process that he brought us to the home we felt was truly what we wanted. Eric’s office assistant Beth kept all administrative tasks moving forward and was a great help. At no time did Eric make us feel it is all about the sale but more importantly it was about us. He has an in-depth knowledge of the area, market and communes both military and civilian and this made our home buying experience that much better. If i could clone Don Perrin and his team, I would. From our first phone call til weeks after closing, he was the ideal realtor I have as a first time homebuyer.
