After having no luck with the first realtor I was provided, Veterans United turned me over to Kurt Kraus who was nothing short of a godsend. Kurt worked tirelessly to locate and help us secure our home and after many failed attempts in an extremely competitive market Kurt was crucial in helping us to find our house in a great neighborhood and wonderful area. He was our go to guy in just about every aspect and he never disappointed. His extensive experience and knowledge base was both helpful and comforting. Initially I worked with Dustin Comey who was very good but then due to scheduling we worked with Layne Zuschin who was an exceptional fit. He made himself available day or night, responded to all questions promptly and worked tirelessly until I was able to find the right home for us. Communication wasn’t the best. I had to reach out to her most of the time. She also never scheduled a final walk through. I understand I was out of town but with technology the way it is I could’ve had a walk through.
