Lamont Jude was absolutely amazing. He is an honest and patient guy. He was there for us when we spent several months together searching for our home and even learned our likes and dislikes. Lamont was able to suggest an inspector and tile agent that we liked and made our process smooth. Lamont considered us in the decision process and educated us on real estate laws. We are so grateful for Lamont because he helped us find our dream home. We all worked together as a team until the end. Our agent successfully located a beautiful home within this challenging market and we are extremely grateful for the initial efforts. This however, is where it ends... Advocation for our concerns were grossly under represented. Simple progress updates were ignored. Major requests, including interior wall color were not transmitted to the builders. Much of the coordination was initiated and performed by us. I truely destain placing people on blast, however this agent MUST improve customer support.
