Murray was amazing, he spent alot of time talking with us and providing us with alot of information over several properties. He made the extra effort always in giving us every opportunity to make an offer on a property. Murray was so nice and easy to talk to . Being this our first purchase of a home we did have our reservations however Murray put them at ease while steel providing us with real information. He never fluffed anything for his own benefit. He made my wife and I feel like we were getting the best service a real estate agent could provide. Thank you Murray for everything we appreciate you and all your hard work. Murray not only sold us a house but we recommended him to my coworker and he was able to provide him with a level of comfort his first agent did not. This allowed for Murray to get a deal done with him quickly as well. We both sing his praises at work and are great full for having him apart of this experience.

We had asked Mr. Clapp to assign someone else to us when my wife found the condo she loved so we stuck with her. Once we found the condo we were pushed off to work with her assistant. That woman at one point told the person handling our escrow account we were very eager buyers in a negative way, that email was then forwarded to us... so we saw it, which was in turn hilarious. Fortunately for us we never had to see any properties with them or work with them directly. I am not sure what they did other than send us documents but they did get them done and they seemed to work well with the sellers side of the house so... I am grateful for that.
