Virginia is fantastic! She is realistic, responsive, and supportive. Our real estate agent was great until we got under contract with the house and then her communication seemed to be less effective. If we were buying a home in the same state we are currently in, I don’t think this would have posed an issue; however, we were buying the home site unseen from across the country.
