Lawanda was fine. She was helpful, and she was nice, but there were times where I felt she was very rushed in doing things. She would make easy mistakes on paperwork, such as getting names or months wrong. I could tell that she was going through the motions. Now, with that being said, any time we texted her, she always answered in a quick amount of time.

it only took one meeting with Howard before he knew exactly what our expectations were.
