Has issues returning calls and texts - felt left out of the loop a lot. Excellent support arranging showings for houses, though, as well as negotiating costs.

Mark was an excellent agent, he kept us informed and up to date with the market as well as any offer or back up status. He made himself available to us and answered endless questions. He was eager to share every opportunity to put forth a successful offer - even introducing to us a form of offer- accelerated offer - a very effective way to remain relevant within a competitive market. Not to mention he had on more than one occasion offered and viewed a property on our behalf - so that we could feel more comfortable submitting an offer as we live 2.5 hrs away. I'm certain his quick thinking and efforts aided us in finally finding success in getting our new home.

Heather .. the piece that held it all together!!! It did not matter if it was 5am or midnight , Heather founded a new standard I will always hope to receive from a real estate agent . Whether it was a fabulous walk through from the beginning of the process , or playing middle-woman through all parties of the loan; I knew I could always count on Heather. She exceeded standards that I wanted from an agent by providing critical feedback to home ideas, ruthlessly gathering updates from other parties, and ensuring everyone was on the same page 24/7 . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kate did a wonderful job, she made sure we understood she was available to assist us and kept us informed of a backup plan in the event she was not available during a time when we needed her. At no time did I feel as if she was more focused on her own benefit from the process. I explained that I did not want to use up all of the funds we had saved in the process, and she found a way to keep that from happening by having more than 85% of our ernest payment refunded at closing and negotiating a deal to lower the impact of closing costs.

John was truly helpful with pointing us in the right direction for this home buying process. Homes that were not on our list, he would go out of his way to show us homes that were the same model but just in a different area. If we had any concerns, he would address it and figure out a solution. If I had to restart the process, I would go to him again.

Cindy was outstanding and very patient with Laura and I as she visited numerous properties looking for the perfect fit for us. She was very involved and supported us wonderfully from pre-approval to closing. I am recommending Cindy to all my friends who are looking for that special place to call home.

Libby was amazing, she was so helpful and so sweet. She sent us everything that we were looking for in houses and was very prompt with all of the paperwork and questions. I knew I could openly speak my mind about any issues or concerns and she would have everything handled!

Becky was fabulous to work with. She listened to what I was asking for. She was knowledgeable about the VA loan process and requirements. She was patient with me and respected my busy work schedule. She has remained in contact with me even after the Hou closing.

Rolando is a grade A agent and will definitely be recommended from me to many people. He ensured to walk me through the hole buying process, make sure I was never uninformed or confused and definitely knows how to make a deal and handle other agents.
